Maison Margiela's Icon series is a new line created by current Maison Margiela designer John Galliano with the meaning of Co-Ed (for both men and women). This Icon series is centered on items that are meant to be used for a long time as iconic and universal items.
If you look at the items introduced while understanding the concept of the Icon series, you can see that the concept and the items fit very well. At first glance, it looks like a plain white sweatshirt with a very basic impression, but the fabric feels like it can be worn for a long time because it uses heavyweight thick cotton. Looking at the stitching around the neck, the inverted triangle gusset is sewn with an inset gusset, and the gusset is in both the front and back. Also, the ribs are wider than normal sweatshirts, and the gusset construction and rib width make it possible to sample vintage sweatshirts from the 50's and 60's. The icon symbol is engraved at the bottom of the front.
And as for the size, the notation is 52 size. We have imported sizes from the UK that are not available in Japan. No matter where you look in Japan, this size is only available in our store, so it is very valuable. Large people can wear it just right, and petite people and ladies can wear it oversized. I would like you to wear these items for a long time.
