FRANK LEDER is a German designer who graduated from St. Martin's in England. There is an anecdote that his graduation work was highly praised by ALEXANDER MCQUEEN, a senior at St. Martin's who was a judge, and he is still an active designer based in Berlin. Speaking of German designers, there are many other wonderful designers such as STEPHAN SCHNEIDER, BLESS, and Bernhard Willhelm, so I would like to introduce items around here (we are working hard to collect them).
Speaking of FRANK LEDER, I have an image of a designer who incorporates traditional German techniques and materials. The item we are introducing this time is also a FRANK LEDER-like item. Although it looks like a cardigan, it is more correct to call it a collarless jacket rather than a knit because it is made of a mixture of linen and silk. The striped herringbone pattern has beige lines here and there, giving the pattern depth. As expected of FRANK LEDER, I understand the mania.
I would like to inform you in advance that it does not stretch like a knit because it is a mixed fabric of linen and silk, but it can be worn like a cardigan. It is a good idea to match it with modern slacks, but it would be better to match it with work pants, especially German logger pants (commonly known as lumberjack pants) or moleskin pants.
The size is equivalent to men's M size. It looks like a cardigan, but it doesn't stretch like a knit, so be careful. If ladies wear it, I think men who like euro vintage will faint, so I recommend it. Please consider referring to the dimensions below.
